First Three Songs

I’m writing and recording songs again after a long break of 5 years.
A friend was trying to memorize the “Prayer for Youth” for her Ruhi Book 5 study circle and suggested that I set it to music so that she could learn it more easily.  My first thought was “I’m not writing any more” but the seed of the idea germinated and grew in me and the song emerged.  That’s all it took for the writing bug to get me.  I’ve upgraded my music recording software and I have lots of ideas for songs so stay tuned.

I also decided to create new mellower arrangements of some of the songs from the Ruhi Book 6 CD that I produced for the talented singer, Mallorie Clark.  I am singing on these.
